You will find many books that tell you how to make money buying things from estate sales and reselling them, but books on how to conduct estate sales are few and far between. This booklet is geared for the individual who needs to conduct an estate or moving sale. It is simple to follow and contains many pre-formatted marketing materials and general pricing guides that will make your sale run smoother. The web links provided to help the reader price collectibles and unusual items would be beneficial to any one conducting estate sales, moving sales or the annual church fundraiser. I have found this do-it-yourself guide by Martin Codina, extremely helpful.
